The challenge and the gift is that you have realized that social norms are not your norms and want to live life on your own terms.

You are not alone. Perhaps it’s time to be in connection with other like-minded humxns?

You desire to practice self-acceptance and build trust in your intuitive choices. You recognize this type of growth work is slow, deep and sometimes really painful. You are not alone. 

This group will evoke you and embrace you. We will raise curiosity and turn towards our Self for answers. We will navigate the road of authenticity that is often barcaded with overwhelm and anxiety. You will find support in this journey and care in the collective.

Each week we will introduce a new topic for discussion. It will be experiential in nature, meaning real time feeling and opportunities to go within yourself and witness others. 

Between sessions you will be given insight prompts to connect with yourSelf between group sessions.

Let’s build a supportive space for us moms wanting the capacity to be present and enjoy this messy journey. 

We are choosing to break cycles in family dynamics and are first generation therapy goers. We’ve chosen to parent and do life differently - and though rewarding - the messy middle can be hard. Let’s build connection and validate that choosing this way of living is worth it.
